The MS3 Network has confirmed that there has been a major power outage in and around the HU5 region, which has affected some core network infrastructure and, regrettably, impacted a number of connections in the region.
The MS3 Network are doing all that they can to restore service functionality, where they are looking to introduce a temporary generator to get services up and running swiftly.
Please do not reset your network equipment.
