MS3 services remain stable this morning. Engineers continue to work to resolve a number of customers' connection issues, where services have not been reinstated. Engineers are dealing with the following remaining connection issues:
A number of connections have known config issues, engineers are actively troubleshooting and expect to have most services restored this morning.

The MS3 Network currently have engineer resource at Telehouse North Datacentre in London as well as over 10 specialists from MS3, the support partner and Network Equpiment Vendor accessing the failed equipment remotely to find the issue and attempt to resolve. Replacement equipment has also been dispatched and is en-route to replace the existing equipment.
A further update is due at 21:00

Unfortunately, The MS3 Network have been unable to restore service at this point in time. They are working on restoring and rebuilding the problematic equipment's configuration.
