    We are seeing the same report across a select few connections where the connection is still offline, unfortunately.

    The planned on-site card replacement has now been completed.

    We are confident that this has resolved the ongoing issue.

    The service will continue to be monitored as a precaution, however no further impact is anticipated.

    Update (24 Apr 2026 12:20hrs)
    We have confirmed that 54 customers are currently affected by this issue.

    To restore service, we need to replace a full card. This work will temporarily impact around 300 customers.

    The card replacement is scheduled for just after 14:00 today and will result in approximately 20 minutes of downtime for the additional customers.

    We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we complete this work.
