Third party engineers are now on site working on a repair to the damage on their power network.
We cannot get customer services restored until after they have finished works. When this work is complete we will check our equipment and update you with further information.

We have reported this back to the responsible 3rd party who have said they will have engineers' return tomorrow in the day but cannot provide a specific ETA.

The OFNL Network have made us aware of an ongoing incident in the RG12, RG42 and SO14 regions:
We have a network incident in are Bracknell RG12, RG42, SO14.
This is caused by a local power outage that is impacting our equipment. Currently the equipment is online via battery backup, however we expect outages that will impact customer internet and phone services.
We will update you again at 20:00.Please do not reset your network equipment.
