    Engineers will re-attend site in the morning to complete works related to restoring resilient connectivity, which will not impact services.

    Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

    Customers should now find broadband Internet services to be working as expected.

    Our engineer is currently in attendance at one of our core network sites with an engineer from our third-party, investigating the equipment failure.

    We are continuing to work to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided as soon as possible.

    We are currently experiencing a network incident in Thetford, IP25 affecting voice and data services. Engineers working on the issue have identified an problem with third party equipment in our core network. We have engaged the third party provider and are awaiting their arrival at 6PM (18:00) today.
