We have been advised by our third party provider that services should now be restored.
Work to restore service was completed at 00:52 on 03/05/2025. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.
Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

The OFNL Network have made us aware of an ongoing incident in the B5 region:
We have a network incident in Birmingham B5 affecting internet services. Our team have identified an issue with a third party that supplies services to us in the area. We are working with our supplier and will provide further updates as they become available or by 10PM.
