    It has been identified that this incident has been caused by an issue with a third party carrier, who provide service to us in this area. The cable that supplies service in the area has broken and our third party carrier are dispatching engineers to continue investigating.

    We are working with the provider to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided once they are on site at 11:00

    Our engineers have been investigating the problem and we are sending a field engineer to the site to check on essential network equipment that carries Internet traffic over a fibre optic backhaul link. At the same time we are working with the third-party supplier of the backhaul link, to check the link.

    Our field engineers ETA is 23:00hrs.

    We are continuing to work to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided as soon as possible.
