    We have received an update from our third-party supplier that the original cable damage was successfully repaired by Openreach. The circuit later went offline again due to a separate issue that is being investigated by our third-party supplier.

    We will provide our next update at 12:00.

    Following remote investigations and discussions with our third-party supplier, and considering the recent incidents affecting this site, we have confirmed that the fault is once again related to the third-party fibre infrastructure serving the site.

    We are working closely with the supplier to restore service as quickly as possible and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
